Co-Parenting Survival Bootcamp

Ready to make your life less overwhelming despite your co-parent, and experience more JOY?

In just 6 weeks, learn the skills to help you regain control so that you are free from co-parenting conflict and instead focus on your family.

You want to focus on your kids, perhaps your current relationship, your friendships, but …

You are constantly feeling overwhelmed!

And stuck.  And furious at your co-parent.

You feel robbed by your co-parent and wish they would just go away!

The good news is, they don’t have to disappear for you to:

  • Stay out of their web of co-parenting conflict

  • Avoid or overcome alienation, despite their bad behavior

  • Create a solid and secure relationship with your kids

  • Stop making decisions out of fear

  • LIVE your best life!

Here’s a secret: Your Co-parent and their bad behavior has nothing to do with your unhappiness!

Thankfully, that means once you learn how to disengage from their conflict, you get to curate a life that you’ll love.

And you’ll be modeling to your kids how to navigate conflict.

You might recall from my story that over a decade ago:

  • I was standing where you are now

  • I wish I'd learned early on how to take back the parts of my life that seemed to be overtaken by my co-parent

  • While keeping my kids and myself safe.

What People Are Saying

The 6-week high conflict diversion course was truly life-changing for me. Initially, I took the course because I wanted to show the court that I was the one being proactive, which it did, but the course content caused some really significant shifts in the way I thought about and approached my co-parent. I’m happy to say that our conflict is minimal now.”

I’ve read a bunch of high conflict co-parenting books, I’ve taken classes, but Coach Michelle’s 6-week class was interactive and I learned more about myself and my co-parenting relationship then I have over many years. It helped me to change the trajectory of my co-parenting relationship

I decided to enroll in their High-Conflict Co-parenting program to help me better understand my HC co-parent. This six week course led me to some self reflection, helped me to realize what I can change, and also recognize what I was already doing right. I highly recommend this program for anyone that’s looking for a crash course for navigating contact with a high conflict co-parent.

  • No problem, you’ll get the recording.  Although it’s great to be able to attend live with the rest of the group, we understand that your lives are busy, kids get sick, and you need to have some flexibility, but don’t want to miss out on the content.

  • While we will have “hot seat” coaching in every session, it’s totally up to you if you want to volunteer.  We have everyone sign a confidentiality agreement, and we do a conflict check to make sure your co-parent won’t be in the class, but sometimes you just want to be a fly on the wall!  Fine with us.

  • We’ll be on zoom for six Tuesdays starting April 15, 2025 12pm PST to 1:30 PST.  Don’t forget to convert for your own time zone.  My clients are literally all over the globe - from San Diego all the way to Australia, and everywhere in between, so the times listed are based on my clock in sunny San Diego.

  • That’s the exciting part of the Co-parenting Survival Bootcamp - we’ve developed all new worksheets, exercises, making it interactive, giving you time to work through some of your responses, and we give you an opportunity to share in a small breakout room with another participant, if you want to.  No worries either way.

  • Yes.  The bootcamp is six weeks long, and you can get a refund before the third session.

Hi - I’m Coach Michelle - a life coach, certified by both Martha Beck, and Brook Olsen of the High Conflict Diversion Program, and an attorney.  More importantly, I know firsthand how painful and exhausting a high-conflict co-parenting situation can be.

I’ve walked that road myself. I’ve sat in the discomfort, dealt with the chaos, and done the work to get to the other side (still doing my work every day!). Today, I co-parent with very little conflict. It didn’t happen overnight, but it did happen—and now I help others get there too.

I combine 20+ years of legal experience with 15 years as a certified Martha Beck life coach and training in High Conflict Diversion to support parents navigating the emotional rollercoaster of co-parenting with someone who is challenging (to say the least). My approach is grounded, compassionate, and practical. Think personal growth meets boundary-setting meets deep breath.

I’ve also got two incredible kids—my son splits time between homes, and my daughter, I learned my co-parenting lesson, so I’m raising her on my own. ;)

I know what it’s like to fight for peace—for your kids, for yourself, for your sanity.

If you’re looking for a coach who gets it, who’s done it, and who will help you step into your power (without drama), you’re in the right place.
