Group Coaching

Up to 4 parents · Biweekly · 1 hour · Zoom
Person on a Zoom call with a small group of fellow co-parents, mirroring the biweekly cohort experience of Group Coaching

Group Coaching is an opportunity to get coached alongside other parents navigating similar high-conflict relationships. Small groups of up to four members meet with Coach Michelle via Zoom biweekly for one-hour sessions. Each member receives individual coaching on their pressing co-parenting concerns, while also observing the coaching of fellow group members.

You'll learn as much from hearing other parents' threads decoded as from having your own unpacked, and the program fosters connection and community among members navigating similar experiences.

"I was skeptical at first. Hearing other group members' stories and working through solutions together provides perspective and creativity beyond typical 1-to-1 interactions." Stephanie, CA

At first I was skeptical about group coaching, but with Michelle's guidance and insights, having a group adds wonderful context and nuance. Hearing other group members' stories and joining to work through solutions provides perspective and creativity beyond typical 1-to-1 interactions.

Coaching with Michelle has been so helpful! She's helped me take my fears out of the equation when navigating co-parenting issues and figure out how to create the best path forward for me and my kids. Working in a group setting also helps me feel less alone.

Michelle's group coaching program was just what I needed. Dealing with a high-conflict parallel parenting situation can be daunting. It was extremely refreshing to see other parents in similar situations, and hearing their shared experiences reassured me I was on the right track.

I decided to enroll in their High-Conflict Co-parenting program to help me better understand my HC co-parent. This six-week course led me to some self-reflection, helped me realize what I can change, and recognize what I was already doing right. I highly recommend.

Frequently asked

Who is group coaching for?
Parents who want professional coaching at a lower per-session cost, and who benefit from hearing how other parents in similar situations are handling theirs. Cohorts are capped at four members so each person gets real airtime. Not a support group — it's an active coaching cohort.
How does it work logistically?
Cohorts of up to 4 parents meet via Zoom every other week for one-hour sessions. You bring a current situation, the group helps you workshop it, and Michelle coaches in real time. Members also have access to a private cohort chat between sessions.
Is it confidential?
Yes. All members sign a mutual confidentiality agreement. Everything shared in cohort stays in cohort. Names and identifying details are never shared outside the group.
How do I know if it's a fit?
Book a free 20-min consult. If your case has acute crisis dynamics (active CPS investigation, restraining order in process, imminent trial), 1-to-1 coaching is usually a better fit. Group works well for chronic high-conflict patterns and ongoing parallel parenting.
