This Privacy Policy describes how High Conflict Resolutions, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), the company operating coparentingcoach.com (the "Site"), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit our Site or use our services. We are a California limited liability company providing coaching, parent coordination, ghostwriting, and related services to co-parents nationwide.
1. Information we collect

- Contact and consultation form submissions (name, email, phone (optional), service interest, message)
- Booking and scheduling information you submit to Calendly
- Information you share during coaching engagements, including documents or messages you choose to provide
- Payment information when you enroll in a paid program. Payment is processed by Square. We do not store your full card number; we receive transaction confirmation and the basics needed to administer your account.
- Communications with us by email, text, phone, or other channels
Information collected automatically
- Server log data such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring website, and pages viewed
- We do not use third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or behavioral tracking on this Site
Cookies and similar technologies
We do not set our own analytics or advertising cookies. The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts and offers an optional Google Translate widget. If you activate Google Translate, Google may set cookies on your browser as described in Google's privacy policy. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries and provide the coaching, ghostwriting, parent coordination, and educational services you request
- Schedule consultations and manage your engagement

- Process payments and maintain billing records

We do not sell or rent your personal information.
3. How we share your information
Service providers. We share information with vendors that operate parts of our business on our behalf:
- Formspree for form submission processing and delivery
- Calendly for scheduling consultations
- Square for payment processing
- Google for font hosting (Google Fonts) and the optional translation widget (Google Translate)
- Google Workspace / Gmail for email
These providers process information on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security commitments.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of any person, including children.
With your consent. With your permission, we may share information for purposes you authorize, such as coordinating with your attorney or a professional you have asked us to work with.
Business transfers. If our business is sold or transferred, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
4. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act:
- The right to know what personal information we have collected about you
- The right to delete personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that trigger the limit-use right.

5. Children's privacy
Our services are directed to adults navigating co-parenting situations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to us.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services and meet our legal, accounting, and reporting obligations, then either delete or anonymize it.
8. International users
The Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States.
9. Third-party links
The Site contains links to third-party websites, including our payment processor, scheduling tools, partner programs (such as the High Conflict Diversion Program with Brook Olsen), and social media. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
